You can choose to cancel any pre-order before it ships to you! No cost, No obligation.
We guarantee 100% money back. If you want to cancel after it ships but before delivery, you only pay the shipping cost.
If it is delivered and you want to return it you only pay the delivery shipping and the return shipping.
The expected times
Pre-ordered products take between 3 and 14 days to arrive with us and then depending on the shipping service you choose it takes between 3 and 14 days to arrive with you.
We choose to have the product arrive to us first so we can check the quality before it reaches you. This extra step is to ensure the quality of the product and your satisfaction.
